We are seeking an experienced Controller to join our team and lead the accounting operations for Aluminess and MGP. This role will be responsible for overseeing all financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance functions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals. As a key member of the team, the Controller will play a critical role in maintaining the financial integrity of the business and will report directly to the Aluminess/MGP General Manager and BPAG Corporate Controller.
MGP is located in Chula Vista and Aluminess in Santee. Ability to reliably commute to both locations is required. Local candidates will be given priority, remote applicants welcome.
The Sales/Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth and expanding market presence in the off-road and aftermarket industries. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the off-road and aftermarket industries, including trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, and miust be passionate about the aftermarket, outdoor adventure and off-roading.
